fish chowder

Has anyone ever made a chowder out of catfish? If so, can you give the recipe?

Catfish??? All I make out of catfish is garden fertilizer. Very similar to green carps :Rofl

I've used Halibut - there are many recipes if you google. Here is one. I would add the fish at the very end as it will nearly "Flash cook"

I've made it also with Halibut in the past, Catfish will only cook quicker. Good luck, enjoy, don't think you can go wrong either way.
