Yep, since 1960, fished every bit of it at one time or another.
Mostly between Conley Bottoms and Burnside now.
Started back Crappie fishing last year
Minnows and small jigs w/plastic chartreuse, pearl and monkey milk
well, before the water came up 10 feet in the past week, I was catching them shallow in those areas fishing standing brush, between 2 and 6 foot deep. Now it's anybody's guess where they are at. The water temp hasn't pushed them to there deep spots and they have moved out of the brush.

They were with small shad that had moved into newly flooded areas. 5-7,

Usually when water temp gets a little lower they move into areas where small threadfin shad are, about 1' deep on sunny banks
On sunny days they move very shallow, the water is a bit warmer
Had been doing pretty good in areas you mentioned until Monday. Water came up and wind. Few short fish and that was it.
Cumberland's a mess now, 13' rise and muddy
Until they start generating around the clock and pull the muddy water out of the creeks fishing will be slow in the creeks.
Stripers and smallmouth can still be found on the lower main lake areas
Fished this evening near Alligator #2 about 2 hours, caught 6 short and one keeper.
What were the water conditions ?
I was on fishing creek for about an hour
Water was very muddy , high wind , snow.
Decided to try another day
Probably go tomorrow
