Redid my Hot Shiner...
The paint I wanted for my "Hot Shiner" jig came in a few days ago. So I redid it!! It's a hard paint to get right, and the tie is kinda hard as well!!
It's going to be a killer for clear water!!!

The cell phone pics really don't do it justice at all!!!

Way to go Rob. That is some fantastic looking jigs. Might be hard to tie but bet they catch a lot of fish, which makes it all worthwhile.. If you don't mind what paint is that?

I just got the disco gold a couple of weeks ago. Tricky to say the least. I found I had to cut way back on the heat for it to do right. Sure makes some pretty baits though. Thinking about trying a couple more of those color's.

Not a very good picture. Like you said camera really does not do those color's justice.

Nice paints - most of the disco colors if you mix regular powder color, clear powder and glitter can be made the same way. got a buddy who showed me how to make a green with green glitter that makes for a really nice paint job. Moved away from the pro-tec and gone to the automotive powder paints.
