Just started sleeting here..wind does nor seen too bad.. Supposed to be done by 10
Back roads here are a little icey and slick
Ice and snow here. Don't need a chain or drift sock only a hole :bash. Can't wait for March and my annual Yankee trip to Mississippi. Not a damn Yankee but I sure want to be.
We got some snow that melted fast but some ice and slick spots.Heavy rain and storms early last night.Dropped from 75 yesterday afternoon to 16 degrees with hard north west winds this AM. Good day to be useless.
I didn't even chance it. Looks like it settles down in a few days.

Sounds like a man after my own heart.:fish
Throw another log on the fire and break out the blankets. This is pneumonia weather. I do love to fish but I'm just not as tough skinned as I was in my younger days. I won't be in anyone's way on the lake till the weather get's a little better anyway.

That's me. I used to duck hunt 48 days out of 50 day season no matter what the weather-teens, freezing rain- didn't matter. At 67 in a couple of weeks, I guess I am just not that mad at crappie.
I have never been mad enough at the fish to go when the weather is below freezing and the wind is blowing. I like to go on Global warming days.
