Annual NW River Crappie/Yellow Perch Bash - Feb 11th

Lets get the date set early so people can plan for it. An * denotes a full moon that day. Times are 0800 to 1500 and launch/recovery is at Bob's Fishing Hole on Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake.

I voted the mid Feb. dates. I am going to hopefully have the new and improved crappie combine ready by then.CF

I come down and stay in Chesapeake and more then half the time, there are flurries falling the night before our NWR bash. I'm do for a good catching day. I have stunk it up the last 3 years down there.

I'm in for February or March providing I don't have duty or work.

The 11th might be the best day in Feb, based on the Moon phase.

You may be right. The bite was on last year third week of Jan. That was close to the full moon.

All-righty, then. Makes me think of Pizza and Hot Chocolate...
