what kind of boat are you putting the transducer on glass or aluminum ??? and reason I am asking this question I was on the phone with Garmin tech support today asking about the installation setup of the Garmin transducer !!!Quote:

This happened to me. Assuming the transducer is on the right side, the left beam is bouncing of the motor and showing data from right side of boat. I had to trim my motor up.
Rickie, if the left & right beams overlap why is there no interference? Gene & I were talking about this the other day.
