I was wondering if anyone has found a cheaper way to make or get wire keepers for jigs?
You can make a jig to bend the wire then cut , buy wire from janns that what I did , hope this helps
eBay has them pretty cheap. I want to say like half as much as do-it's. $50 for 1,000. This is what I use.

I make my own out of .020 stainless wire. I use to get them from here. Captain Hook's Discount Warehouse
If u know someone that does mig welding they might give u enough to make them. or u can buy small rolls at Harbor Freight they make it in steel and aluminum just don't get the flux core. Also there is stainless u may have to get it at a welding supply. u can get it in 0.24 0.30 0.35 wire for migs. Auto body shops use the 0.25 steel i am sure they would give u a couple feet to try with to see if u like it. Cub48
We use staples from wal-mart.Find the right size.Fits and works great.We have had some break but usually holds the plastic which is what you are trying to achieve.
Jackie what size staple can you post a pict of them in mold. You bend one side straight
