My family ate a lot of ducks, as well as geese, deer, elk, and trout, back when gas and ammo were a lot cheaper than beef, and the wallet was very thin.

I really enjoy them woodies smoked with pecan wood.

I enjoy anything smoked over pecan, like pork loins, ham and beef roast last night at our party.
