Sauger?

I know it may be early, but has anyone heard of any sauger being caught on the TN river? Or elsewhwere?

Water temp yesterday was 41 most places with warmest reading at 44. Didn't see any sauger fishermen but I'm sure they can be caught.

Where you from in Tn?

I'm from Springfield area. Was fishing in Rome Tn though
