Boat mechanic

I'm in the need of a good reliable boat mechanic around Huntsville. Nothing major just water pump and carburetor rebuild. For mercury 150

I have heard good things about Tennessee Valley Marine but I also know they charge on the high end for labor.

Have you ever considered doing the water pump yourself? It is super easy on every outboard I have owned.

I second Tennessee Valley Marine. Solid reputation. I believe they still schedule appointments which I like...as opposed to dropping your boat off and wondering when they will get to it.

I've had great luck with TN Valley as well!

Thanks for the info. I have been lookin and reading reviews. And I am going to Tennessee Valley marine in morn. After talking to the service guy and explaining what all I needed done. He said if I get it to him first thing in the morn they should have it ready before closing time. Thanks again
