December crappies
Guys I got the end of December off work and was wondering if the crappie fish is good in the big 3.never been down before I'm live in Ohio and our season is done.its about 12 hours drive.anyinfo on where to stay and what lake would be best for a first time on the lake.thank you guys for your help.

Hire a guide for at least one day. Water levels are low but if the weather will get consistent then they will be fish caught.
Lake, well that's hard to say, if I were hooking my boat up today I would be headed to Enid or Washington but by then who knows.

What Bandchaser said....Rees is the man. Good luck. If the weather will settle just a bit, you'll catch fish, but a "one day guide" will be critical to saving you time and enjoyment. Enid would be a little closer, I think, coming from your part of the woods.
