Food Truck.
Last week I went and bought a food truck. I got a deal I just couldn't pass up. The truck does needs some work to get it to LA codes and to have a kitchen to suit my needs. I am in the process of gutting the kitchen and installing a new floor, rewiring all electrical and plumbing the truck. The truck has a new crate motor and transmission with 10,000 miles. It is a good base to start. I am projecting to come in about a 3rd less compared to a custom built truck. The truck has a wrap that was designed by a group of graffiti artists from Salt Lake City Utah. The truck was name Freestyle Foodie and was a Mongolian Grill. I named the Truck "Freestyle Munchies" and plan to do gourmet burgers, salads, and sandwiches. My original plan was to name it "The Rock N Roll Bistro" due to the sound system on the truck. But the cost of changing the signage would of put me over budget. Also my menu will be off the wall munchies type food. Later along I will share my menu ideas but it is too soon for fear of area trucks stealing my menu ideas. Here are a few photos of the truck.

Don that looks like a hippie truck if I've ever seen one. Good luck with it and don't forget to let your hair grow long and straight. lol

Paw Paw what hair...lmao. But I do have a tie dyed chef jacket and pants. I was prepping it today for the fabricator and jamming to some good old classic rock and blues. It has 2 10in sub-woofers and 6 pioneer marine speakers.

Sounds like you're ready to face the world, but is the world ready for you. That is the question.
