Fished my fav o rite river today.
Conditions were perfect.
Water up a few feet. Had to roll pants leg up to launch.
Sky's were gray.
Wind was gusting.
Nice mist of rain. Just enough to wet your glasses.
All feesh caught tight line black n chartreuse n green tube.
Caught plenty of school trout 8-10 inches.
Big feesh went 15"
Jealous for all the fishing you get to do while I am stuck here at work. Good fish though.

I am going to have to put a little more effort into using that jig! I have it in my tackle box. The best color, that I can't find anymore, is very similar. The only difference is the top is blue instead of black. Congrats on the catch and thanks for posting.

I like to keep up with you on your fav river bc it's the closest to me that anyone posts. And you're a good fisherman.
I've been catching fish mostly in the 8' range. Give or take foot.. but all have been in water 10' or better, most of the time better.
Scattered and rough on my arms.
I see that plastic in Academy all the time, even the blue. I'll grab em up if they're there the next Time I visit for y'all if y'all want em. I believe it's the "Creme" brand? I have way to many paints n feathers here to buy a plastic.
However, [emoji51] I could use a clip anchor ifn anyone wants to make a trade.
