A Command decision has been made. This trip is off the reports of short trailers almost dropping off the ramp have us long trailer guys thinking twice about putting the boat in the water.
So for safety sake the trip is canceled. Let's hope for some rain to fill the lake so we can fish in something longer than a canoe.

I saw this in today's paper:
“Duke Energy will continue to monitor lake levels during the next several days to determine whether continued decreasing lake levels will require closing the remaining boat ramps at these two access areas and at other access areas on Lake Wylie,” the company states.
Access ramp status:
▪ South Point: six ramps open
▪ Nivens Creek: two of tow ramps open
▪ Buster Boyd: two of four ramps open
▪ Allison Creek: two of four ramps open
▪ Ebenezer: All four ramps closed by York County
▪ Copperhead: All four ramps closed by Mecklenburg County

Looks like the decision was a good one since we'd planed to go to Ebenezer
