Lacassine Bridge??

Anybody know if the construction on Hwy 14 is still blocking access to the launch at Hwy 14 and Lacassine Bayou?

Yep I checked the DODT site, but it was a little ambiguous for the project I'm interested in. Nothing like an eyewitness.
