Have not heard much about the Bass Pro buy out of Cabela's........any thoughts?
Cabelas is going to have a new owner........everything other than that will more than likely be the same.
From time to time I order Cabela items, but have to ship with no stores locally, which makes returns messy sometimes without seeing product 1st hand, was curious if any merchandise was going to be intertwined, ect...Quote:

I have $50 worth of bass pro gift cards that I can't talk myself into spending because their crap is so expensive and I can find it so much cheaper elsewhere, I hate to even use gift cards on it
Majority of their stuff is overpriced. But some of their (BPS) sales are fantastic.
They are building a Bass Pro in Daytona. I think I will quit my job to volunteer there if they let me fish in the tanks...
Cant wait for them to finish that one. Be a whole lot easier to get to than I drive and less out of country tourists shopping.
