9/18/2016 KY Lake Report

It has been a tough bite for many the last couple of months. I love it when a plan comes together! Ended up with 19 today, just 4 weeks after my ear surgery.
Beautiful morning, launched at first light and never saw a jet ski, ski boat, a tube being pulled and only saw 2 pontoon boats out puttering about!!!
The great Lakes pelicans are migrating, and using the lakes for resting and waiting out cooler weather where they will continue their southern journey.

It's just about fall fishing time, and if the future is anything like today.......

I'm still not 100% from the vertigo but it's been almost a month since I got my boat wet. Maybe later this week.

Great to here the boat traffic is letting up some. I would love to get out on the channel drops after some blues and mark some spots now that you can actually fish out there.
