Just purchased a Keep Alive aerator 12 volt. Instructions specify that the BROWN lead wire goes to the positive side for the pump to work properly.
My question is, can I buy an AC to DC converter that will work for this pump?

Yes. What model do you have? I can tell you what you will need by the model# of the aerator.

You can cut and splice output cable or find a matching power cable plug end and splice to it for power out.
