Just remember these things work as good, maybe better in day time. I mean how many Texas lakes are clear enough that once 10 feet down it's not dark as all get out? I bet none! I have done well in sunshine and they will charge just sitting in the sun for a short time.

Good job buddy, I told you they work in the day time, lol! For me I am not sure if their not better during the day than the night, just have not been enough at night the last few years. Use to do that a lot, but last summer and this summer it was just too darn hot for me even at night and then rain, rain, rain! Know I told you but for you that have never tried these, my very first daytime crappie on one of my Glow Jigs was a 17" one at that! All you need is a good bright light or if the sun is shining it will charge it for you, all is good!Quote:

Really enjoy the Glow jig's something about after 3:00 pm till 30 min after dark they really shine on our lakes and in the shade of boat dock's.
Been around a lot of great jig /fly tires living on the White River.Skip is one of if not the best.
