I've been looking into getting into night fishing a bit and I was wondering what recommendations you guys might have. In reading, I've seen a lot of people speaking very highly of the QBeam, but it seems those have been discontinued. Any advice for newer brands/models that are still available?

Sorry that I'm just now seeing your post. I have totally switched all my lights to Alumiglow Lights. They can be bought from Cabelas or ordered online from several places. They are not cheap, but are practically indestructible. (They advertise that a truck can run over them and not hurt them.) They are green, submersible, l.e.d. lights and have improved my night fishing results immeasurably! In fact, I wouldn't have anything else.
