Tried several spots on Big & Little Allison this morning for perch. Marked a lot of stuff but not many bites. I was using spoons & minnows. I caught 13 perch & 2 cats in about 20'. Some of the perch were not more than 4" long.
The perch will make good catfish bait.
Sounds like another tough day Charles! I was surprised yesterday we didn't do better with cloud cover most of the morning. Glad you got out and fished for a while. Thanks for the report. :highfive
That is a tough day when the lowly perch don't want to bite. Maybe next time and thanks for sharing
