Eating a big helping of crow

I recently responded to a thread asking advice on an elite7 chirp. I went to great lengths to voice my bad opinion about lowerance in general. I received my 4th replacement starting with my original elite7 chirp. This replacement is an elite 7ti. Its Awsome. Customer service was like lowerance of old. I'm very please with the way this problem was handled.
If it performs this way half as long as my old Mark 7 I think it is I'm a happy camper. If not I now have faith that lowerance will make it right.

It looks like Lowrance has came a long way toward improving their customer service issues of the last few years. :highfive

I hope they stay with it. I was very didsapointed earlier.

I've had dealings with Lowrance's customer service twice in the last five years and been extremely satisfied with their service.

I'm glad it worked out good for you. I hope I was just a glitch and everyone recieves the kind of service I did on the last unit. They did great on that.
