Try Curtis Hobbs at litewire hooks not sure if he has that style or not but worth a shot think his name on here is "litewirehooker"

Don't know if he makes them, or not, but you could PM the member known as "Grousefly" (Paul Mullins) and ask. He makes 1/16oz ballhead jigs with #2 Aberdeen hooks, for me & other members, so he may have a mold for insert heads. :dono
