Well this morning was pretty weather as yesterday it was bad weather. Got a pretty good rain yesterday(cooled things off a little) so I figured I would give it a try. When I got there I started to turn around and go back home as the parking lot was full of people having a bass tournament. Well I was already there so I when on and fished. Well it turned out to be a good morning I took home 16 and threw back about 20 small size crappie. Fished from 5:30 am to 9:00 before it started to get hot. Bass fishermen were having a good day also. I went back at 3:00 pm to see their scores. Their big fish of the day was over 7 pounds(with several over 5 pounds) and just about all of them got their 5 fish limit with 18 pounds winning tournament. But I would not give up my crappie fishing for all the bass in the lake.
