Southwest ms alligator

I've got drawn for a gator tag in southwest ms. I have never been gator hunting thought it would be something fun to do. Ha If anybody has any info they are willing to share (where to go, stay an lodge). I've been doing some research an there is very little info on this like places to go in the southwest of the state. I will be willing to pass along some crappie info on the big 4 or do whatever I can to acomadate. Maybe even share the boat on the big 4. Looking forward to this being a great trip. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Xpress, I was lucky enough to draw out in 2010 in Arkansas. It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on. I was in the
Ag Chem business and contacted one of the managers in the Southern part of the State. He said they ran over them with their
tender trucks all the time. He put me on a 10' 2" gator which I harvested. Like you I could not get any information from people
who had hunted them before. Trail and error. It took me the second night to git er done. If you have the need, PM me and I'll
tell you what I know from limited experience.
