Night Fishing at Tim's Ford

Lynn and I took Burt the dog and Kylie the grand daughter fishing last Saturday night. Had a rough go at first but the fish warmed up to us after awhile. Finished the night with 15 crappie but only 4 keepers and about 15-20 yellow bass. Those things are becoming a nuisance but they help to keep things pretty busy. We were off the lake by 11pm. Skies were clear and the moon was shining bright. The moon being out did not give me much confidence but didn't seem to hurt us much. Fish were caught on minnows and slip floats. As you can see Kylie gets a little bored after awhile.

Middle Tennessee Crappie Club will be having a tournament at Tim's this Friday night, the 22nd, at 7:30 pm at Devils step ramp. All are welcome to come fish with us.

Would love to see those tournament results when they are available.
