Douglas - 13 Jul 16

I am still alive, I have not posted very much in the last three years everyone started texting and sending pic's on the cell ph and I don't turn my computer on very much anymore. But I would like to say hi to everyone, still fishing 3 to 5 days a week. I talked to speck the other day and it got me thinking I should sign on and say hi to all those I have not talked to or seen in awhile. Fishing on Douglas is kind of slow right now, one day we catch 30 and the next day we will have 13 to 20. Today we caught 19 good crappie. Some were SLAUBER KNOCKERS. It should start to pick up in about two weeks. Right now we are trolling.Attachment 244295Attachment 244296

Are you guys trolling jigs with minnows, plastics, or crankbaits? What depth?

What points are you near this time of year?

We are trolling crankbaits 18 to 22 ft dept in 30 ft of water.
