Hey Rob, first of all nice job, second, when you say you "cleaned them up", do you wipe them down
with some type of cleaner before you powder paint them. I have been having a problem with some
of the jigs I purchased from guys on e-bay and the like, in that the paint leaves bare spots and was
wondering if you guys that pour and paint might have some suggestions.
Thanx, Dave
Dave, after pouring heads and letting them cool, you have to cut the spry off, then I used a small file to smooth that down and clean up any flashing around the head.
I then go straight to paint!
Could be you have something on the heads, or not heating them enough to melt the paint to them!
