She sets New lake record today !!!!
For those of you that follow my reports and fish stories here is a nice one . My bud took his daughter to a spot I hit yesterday . She is a lil one so he bought her a few dozen minnows and went to the dock I hammered them on yesterday and was teaching the other young lady on how to ketch them yesterday . We were chatting this morning on the phones at the same time his 4 year old daughter dropped her first shiner of the day down in that shady corner I told yawl about yesterday .Before we could finish talking I heard him say reel reel reel and then ....
got to go bro.............:yikes
he sends me a photo 2 hours later of a big ole slab and says ....New Lake Record .....!
To make a long story short they went thru 2 dozen minnows on her rod and a bunch of plastic bodies on his jig pole and She ended the day with the New lake record Junior division Ketch and release crappie !!!!! :ThumbsUp
14 plus inches and they recorded it at the State run store beside the dock before they let it swim ....
