That is a great idea for on the road fillet table. A zip tie thru the handle and thru the board grating would be a must for me. If not, the 5 second rule would be in play quick cause I would have it on the ground. Lol. Thanks for the post.

I would steal Jackie's ironing board idea, but then I would also need to steal his fish to get to use it.
I thought Mississippi lakes had the good fish cleaning stations ? You roughing it ? Now just learn to use a manual knife and you can clean a mess on the go anywhere with that setup
