Sad day at Uncle Remus' house

Talked to Robert today and learned he had to put his 4 legged fishing buddy down. They take a piece of your heart with them when they go.

Robert, Our thoughts are with you, it's so hard to loose our furry kids

It's terrible. I have an 11 year old Jack/Rat that will literally KILL me when he goes. My heart is out to you Remus.

thanks guys it really took a chunk out of my heart to loose her she been
right by my side for past 9 years. she was 3==4 yrs. old when she moved in with me
I guess I sort of took her out of prison she had been pend up till I got her and she very
well thanked me for giving her freedom to roam where she wanted to go.
I guess as we all will old age caught up with her and so many things were wrong time
came the drs. couldn't help her. broke my heart to have to do it (and I'm not ashamed to admit I cried like a baby)
but now I don't have to see her suffer.
