I've spent the 1st several hours of mine in Paducah at Lourdes with my Dad as he undergoes the 1st round of chemo for his cancer they recently found. The bad side effects haven't hit yet and he's in good spirits. My brother and I got to pray with him early this morning, just the 3 of us. In my almost 60 years, that was the 1st time we had done that.(Something I need to do a whole lot more of myself.) It is a good day to be able to be with him, my kids and grandkids.

Happy Father's Day to all. I was treated like a king today by family. Had a great time at church and have too many blessings to count. God is good.
