Hello everyone, I've did a search and read and have found out there's really no way to run the cable. I guess the only thing I can do is let the cable dangle . Is anyone else doing this and how has it worked out. Thanks

USE A RECOIL SPRING TO TIE TO CABLE AND IT WILL KEEP IT FROM DANGLING

I couldn't get enough raps around my trolling motor. (i use a 60 inch shaft) this setup has been working for me. http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...psgp6jg5gc.jpg....http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...pszpdpqlff.jpg.
This is the setup on my boat 60" shaft 36 volt terrova with a 2d puck and structure scan.. Both cables are ran thru a piece of 3/4" plastic wire conduit to protect the cables and keep them together ...no problems so far.. I just am careful when I am putting the motor up or down to be sure nothing gets hung up
