I always laughed at people who used umbrellas on their boats, until I tried it . Now I guess I can get laughed at too.

I presume this was before the Mr Bass, Mrs Catfish incident. :Rofl

Had mine up this morning. The only problem is you cannot always keep the sun off of you.

Any kind of shade when it gets hot will help keep you on the bite. I keep an umbrella aboard but only deploy it "IF" the fish are biting. Elsewise I'll call it a morning and head to the house.:)

Staying out of the sun can keep you fishing another few hours. Love my top on my boat.
