Memorial Day weekend

The Eagle stands guard over the fallen that served...........may we never forget them.

Exactly my friend, thank you. Memorial Day is for those that have fallen for us - no one else.

Means a lot of things to different people. This is my opinion. Yes the day is to remember those fallen, but it is not wrong to thank all military past and present on that day. I certainly do.

Of course it is not wrong to thank all living now for their military past, by all means, don't get me wrong. And, I always do. Memorial Day is what it is - the purpose of the day. My family has lost several. That's all I'm saying.
