I made a quick fishing trip (my first time) on Cross Lake and caught several nice slabs (8 total) in shallows around docks 2-6ft and also around the I-220 bridge pylons in 10-15ft on Black/Chartreuse tubes. Very light bites but fish were aggressive when hook-up was made!
I haven't fished there in years, and I'm only like 20 mins away!!

I've never fished there and I'm closer than 20 min! lol I should probably to get a sticker and give it a try sometime. For the longest, I've heard it called the Dead Sea, but I've seen a lot of people post about catching recently.
