Ky lake report 5-21-16*

Fished the westtn crappie classic tourn. yesterday.Started off pulling cranks and had 4 good keepers by 9 and the bite fell off.Around 12:45 with only 4 keepers I knew I was gonna have to do something different so I put two poles with double minnow rigs out and a jig pole in hand and started fishing beds.Caught 12 more fish but only 2 kepers,but they were gooduns.One of the two biggest I had came off the Bobby garland full moon baby shad :-).

Congrats. Glad you found some nice ones. Didn't find any kitty's to custom tie your lines. Lol.

I had something big on my 16 ft outside pole and had the boat sideways to keep it from tangling everything.I was trying to get it in as fast as possible and it broke my line and swam off with my crankbait,30 lb braid soon it was probally something big.[emoji2]

Glad you kept the lines straight. Had a huge goo give me a custom knot on 5 lines last week. Lol.
