What does all of the fresh water do

What does all of the fresh water do to the gill fishing??
With the rain total of over three inches in one day on the lakes, this close to the "FULL MOON" what is the ramifications on the gill bedding??:dono:fish

Saw some boats gathered up near where I work most days, you would pass it on the way to Harney. PM me if you want the skinny. I think the extra water will allow them to go scooting through the woods gathering up the newly exposed buffet. Just my guess. Haven't fished since before I last saw you and Mike.

Not enough yet to significantly raise the river above the banks. Should be fine. I would also be looking around runoffs.
