Went out this morning and ran by this run off in a bay on the AR river and ended up catching about 75 white bass off it. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...3b0d671dca.jpg
After getting tired of catching white bass I laid out the spider rig and before I got all the rods out I had a hit. Went to set the hook and felt the tug then nothing. This went on for about an hour and after about 10 misses I figured I would just let them swallow it. Well I did and it ended up being gar! I ended up catching about 3 of them. Anyone else had gar do this? I did end up getting in a brush pile in about 15 ft of water and caught 15 decent black crappie out of it.
