It's not sucking fuel when trolling crankbaits. It will run for about 12 min an sputter out an die. Reprime bubble an your good for another twelve min. I have no problem when running higher rpms it's just only when your barely in gear. I have put all new filters an check all hoses for leaks/kinks. It's an 2012 f50 model. It's got me dumb founded.
Good luck finding this one. My 08 f60 doing almost the same. So far i've replaced the low pressure pump, the hi pressure pump in the vst box, new float and needle/seat, new fuel line, new fuel hoses under cowl, new filters, new tank....Runs like a champ for an hour or so, then, at random, decides to sputter and die. Just a quick pump up with hand primer and i'm up and running again.
Have you tried replacing the bubble ? If you do get a good one and not one of the ones at walmart.

Haven't replaced the bubble but it looks brand new. No cracks or nothing.
I've tried 2 different fuel lines with bubble primers....... My next step is a low pressure electric fuel pump instead of the primer..... Motor has less than 50 hours..... Shouldn't be having to spend this much to keep it running

First thing I would do is just what Goodtimes said. Should already have a pump on those late model injected motors. If vent is open I'd be checking with Yamaha dealer to see if they have recalls or tech service bulletin on that issue. Especially on that low hr unit. Mine is carbed version so never had that problem.
Send a PM to Sliderman. He stays on the mechanics forum most of the time. He is a outboard mechanic by trade and really sharp. Bet he can guide you in right direction.
