Tag Along
Ok guys, since May hit and all this, my spot is now dead. The water is only 4-5 ft deep. I have been taking off work to try to do some fishing and be at the lake at sunrise. I fish from 6AM-12PM and not one single bite. I've tried minnows, double minnow rigs, fake minnow swim baits, jigs, double jigs, crankbaits, mini rattle-traps, spinner baits, curly tails ... nothing works! I see people and they say the Crappie are deep now.
I am offering to pay someone to take me trolling in a boat. I've been asking for months now. I would like to talk with you first before meeting up. I do not have a GPS, so we need to discuss where to meet up.
I am in Central Alabama, Shelby County.
If it's no trouble, please let me know. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Excuse me,,,,,,don't limit yourself to one spot....there is lots a deep water off the bank,,,just my take! Adios, goodbye

Lots of options.
1. Hire a guide
2. Fish a different area off the bank
3. Get a kayak...about the price of a guide, which can be used indefinitely.
You may have a tough time getting someone to let you tag along. Join a crappie club and get to know the members in person. I was once told, if you want a helping hand, check the end of your arm.

Yes we have a crappie club you can join. That meets in prattville. There is good discussion every month. Come out and meet new members and set up a date to fish with them. I'll give you another shot if youre in my area anytime. After the next three weeks. I'll be busy with crappie masters

Thanks. I am 30 minutes from P'ville! I can do that! I get my kids every other weekend so I'll have to plan something with you. I got $50 on gas BAMA. Just give me a shout one weekend. When is the next meeting?

If you were up North and had a kayak, I'd show you how to catch them in that four foot water all summer.
