Anyone have info on conditions at Cowan?

I was wondering the same thing. IMO it has to have waken up by now.
Cowan has some big fish in it.

I would hope by now the level is high enough to use the boat ramp. I wonder if the docks are back in yet

Lake level is good and the ramps are in. We fished the day of the cold front a couple weeks ago. We were in shorts and didn't stay long. (wimp) Water was muddy but fishing was ok. lots of 8"
