Sounds like me and my friend we caulked probably between 60 and 70. Kept 23 really nice fish. Still called all of mine on the 10 foot ledge between 7 feet and 12 feet fission 6 to 8 feet deep

We were still hoping to find them shallow. Coulda caught a lot more but tried shallow a lot
Was there between 2 and 6 today. Had about 10 really nice fish, some big ol black males, and 7 others good enough to keep. Caught em on a sharp ledge that went from 4' to 10' pretty quick.
Man I haven't caught gar in the Rez in years like I caught them while I was home this last time. They can sure make quick work of a spread.
I never tried them shallow, caught them deep as well.
I fished Roses Bluff until the boat traffic got too bad. By the time the gas burners started to really come out and play, I was catching them right off the bottom in 20 FOW. I guess they were trying to duck down to keep from getting ran over.
