Didn't figure to catch with all that water, but had a grandson needing a first trip. Water was rushing into the canals muddy from the Mermentau via White Lake. Never saw such an inbound current before. We didn't even get a perch nibble.

Well, at least you got to spend the day with your grandson. Maybe you will get the fish next time.
