My taste buds are not that refined. When it comes to fish...I am like a back alley wino. 7 dollar bottle of grocery store wine or 100 dollar bottle of the finest French cabernet....in the end I am gonna polish it off.
I like the white better than the black, does that make me a racist? : )
I prefer wintertime crappie from cold water over any others. The rest are awful good though.
Bring me your crappie fillets and I will judge them....
had some just last night w some fried morels to go with it. pretty darn good

Colder the weather the better the taste to me. It's all good though!:highfive
I would rather eat the 9 to 10" size over the bigger sizes.
