New to crappie fishing on Jordan

I went to Jordan yesterday to try crappie fishing. I've bass fished Jordan a few times but never targeted crappie so I wanted to try, I wound up catching 15 catfish and 2 really nice crappie I felt pretty bad until I got to the ramp and talked to a few guys that said they had a tough day as well. Did any of you get on the fish ?

My father and brother went on Thursday and had a hard time finding any keeper crappie. It may be the spawn is over and may be hard to find them for a little while.

What size were the catfish

1 to 3 pounds mostly the 1 pound class
