Spider rig on Shelbyville

I have looked at the IDNR regs and can't tell. Can you use 3 poles to spider rig and pull cranks on Lake Shelbyville?:fish

No names on the poles

Don't think you allowed more than three rods, two hooks each per state regs and some places the max is two. I wonder what they would say about some of the crankbaits wearing 3 treble hooks? Could push it if they wanted to?
