Bait Shops Near Rough River Lake

Anyone know of a good bait shop that opens before 7:30 around Rough River, besides the gas station on 259 right where you turn to go to the main gate. They are very stingy with their minnows, I actually think the lady there in the mornings counts every single one to make sure you get no extra. They do not sell any by the pound, only by the dozen and they are charging almost $2 per. Would like to find a place that sells by the pound and having some crappie shiners would be nice too. Thanks!

Not sure if stringers bait and taxidermy is still open but he's who used to buy minnows from down there
