4-3-16 Taylorsville report*
The wife and I got on the water around 1 today. We spent a while riding around scouting. The wind was still pretty rough today, but the water looks good. Started out pulling jigs in 15-20 fow. We managed 5 fat females both black and whites. They were all 12-13 inch fish. The water eventually hit 60 degrees and we decided to try shallower and cast some jigs. Found a good sunny bank with some cover on it and started catching fish. My wife caught the 30th keeper at about 8 o clock. Most of our fish were caught on "Slabeye's" slab twister grubs on roadrunner heads in the Monkey Juice color. [emoji1303]Attachment 234343Attachment 234344
