How long it it take for the lake to settle back down for the fish to bite after the rain yesterday?

Unfortunately the lake came up over a foot and we had to open all of the gates. Hopefully we will get to shut them down sometime on Saturday. Most people have a tough time catching fish when the water is getting sucked out. Some folks still can catch them. I hate that we had to do it. I was planning on finally going fishing for a few hours tomorrow before I went in to work to finish my Greers Ferry presentation. Oh well. Maybe next week.

Any luck with the bream or redear so far?

FYI. Around midnight, I'm going to close down 10 of the 15 gates. The lake is only 4.5/10th of a foot above normal pool. Hopefully that will help the bite. Good luck guys. Wish I were going to be out there with yall!
